Mysore w/ Andi

Mysore is the traditional method for learning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In the mysore classroom students work 1:1 with a teacher to learn the sequence of postures. With hands-on adjustments and steady focus the practice develops individually in the context of group energy. This method is designed for beginners and advance practitioners alike.
