Seasons offer a frame for understanding our own becoming. In this new Embodied Writing series we take the energetic lessons of each season as an invitation to move into our bodies and our writing.

Blending meditation and gentle movement with writing exercises and (optional) sharing, we’ll explore what happens in our writing when we invite our whole selves into the room.
