Beginner Series - 4 week Intro to Ashtanga Yoga:
Ashtanga yoga is a system of practicing and exploring the art of yoga. In this course we begin at the Beginning. Focused on Asana, or posture, we find our breath and link it to movement using careful alignment. We begin the work of building a practice of yoga that is liberating and illuminating. This course is designed for those interested in beginning yoga or exploring Ashtanga yoga, all are welcome and no prior experience is needed, the course will be paced to allow for integration.
